CEO Jared DeRuby has a passion for helping others. After serving as a Marine and being deployed to Afghanistan, he founded Talent Corps in 2017 with a vision of creating a company that puts people first.

Following 3 years of immense growth, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and took the world by storm. Amidst these unprecedented times came a nationwide shortage of nurses and medical professionals. This created a major opportunity to leverage our resources and experience we had already successfully built in the staffing industry.

In May 2020, during the midst of a global pandemic, Medical Talent was created. Its critical mission was to help frontline workers and medical facilities navigate the rapidly changing and demanding landscape of healthcare staffing and recruiting.

Today, Medical Talent represents over three decades of experience, placing candidates across all 50 states with a 94% acceptance rate and over 90% of providers extending their contracts. They have successfully helped thousands of nurses and healthcare professionals since the pandemic.

As a veteran-operated company, we take pride in supporting the individuals who work selflessly to help those in need.
