CEO Jared DeRuby, a Marine Corps veteran, founded Talent Corps in 2017 to prioritize helping others. After three years of growth, the COVID-19 pandemic exposed a national shortage of nurses and healthcare professionals, presenting an opportunity to utilize our staffing expertise.
In May 2020, amid the global crisis, we launched Medical Talent. Our mission was to support frontline workers and medical facilities in navigating the ever-changing landscape of healthcare staffing and recruiting.
